Swinging Lip Hydraulic Dock Leveller
Sole Prince Engineering swinging lip hydraulic dock leveller is the most common type of dock leveller used in the loading and unloading process. The dock leveller is made of lip, platform and frame in painted galvanised steel sheets. The primary platforms of the swinging lip hydraulic leveller are made of drop pattern SD37 quality galvanized steel sheet that are 6 – 8mm thick. The C and L shaped profiles are welded to the main platform in order to strengthen them. The lip of the hydraulic dock leveller is made of drop pattern SD37 quality galvanized steel sheet that are 12 – 13mm thick. It can be lifted to 630mm above the loading area and can go up to 300mm below the loading area.
- The standard color of Sole Prince dock levellers is RAL7016. Different color options are available upon request.
- All sheets are sandblasted to prevent rusting before being painted.
