Sole Prince Engineering service doors are semi-insulating (flip-flap) doors that are designed for use in air-conditioned rooms with minimum working temperatures (> 12°C, ∆T < 12°C R.H. < 60%). The service door is not recommended for areas requiring a hermetic or thermal seal.

The service door can be easily mounted on panels or walls and produced in the desired color.

  • Ability to move in both directions 
  • Can be mounted as single wing or double wing door and can be opened at 95o on each side 
  • Can be produced with or without glass
  • Polyethylene arms and stainless-steel kick plates can be fitted to reduce impact 

Application

Our service door has a sleek design and is ideal for heavy traffic and fast transition in storage, service and processing areas.

  • The service door is made of stainless-steel, PVC or PPGI
  • The door frame of the service door is made of anodized aluminium
  • Sole Prince Engineering uses service doors that have a leaf thickness of 40mm 
  • This sealed service door minimises heat loss during passage
  • Hinges used are double sided to allow opening on both sides
  • The service door panel consists of two supports in pre-varnished sheet metal (color white Ral 9010) sandwiched between polyurethane foam injected at high density. 
  • The service door hardware consists of 2 plastic hinges with return spring and a doorstop at 90° with a crushproof gasket on the vertical edges.
  • Transparent windows made of polycarbonate with rounded edge gaskets (30 x 60cm) can be fitted if required
  • The frame of the service door made with anodized aluminium consist of an invisible fastening system
  • The counter frame in anodized aluminium consists of an invisible fastening system 
  • Door side finishing is made of a rubber finger protection fixed on the door panel side
