Standard Commercial Kitchen Canopies
All kitchens are different and has their own specification.
Sole Prince Engineering supplies extraction canopies that can cater to various kinds of commercial operations.
A kitchen canopy of 1000-1200mm depth is ideal for kitchens that use electric cooking equipment. For larger operations making use of different types of equipment, including gas cookers and steaming ovens, a canopy of 1500mm will be more appropriate.
All commercial kitchen ventilation systems from Extraction Canopy are made with grade 430 stainless steel and come complete with drip trays and stainless-steel baffle filters. Sole Prince Engineering will also provide custom-made kitchen canopies according to the requirements of the customers.
