Telescopic Lip Hydraulic Dock Leveller
Sole Prince Engineering telescopic lip hydraulic dock leveller are most commonly used in areas that require high thermal insulation. The dock leveller is made of painted galvanized steel sheets and consists of lip, platform and frame. The primary platforms of the telescopic lip hydraulic leveller are made of drop pattern SD37 quality galvanized steel sheet that are 8 – 10mm thick. The C and L shaped profiles are welded to the main platform in order to strengthen them. The lips of the hydraulic dock leveller are made of drop pattern SD37 quality galvanized steel sheet that are 12 – 13mm thick. The leveller has a bevelled edge and is angled to adhere more efficiently to the truck. It can be lifted to 640mm above the loading area and can go up to 300mm below the loading area.
