An oven’s overall performance is determined by how evenly it cooks. These convection ovens are fitted with soft heat mixing zone technology. This technology produces tempered air, ensuring even baking and cooking by mixing hot air with cooler air.

Computer-engineered baffle and blower system produces a consistent even bake by generating a soft heat mixing zone in the cavity.

A variety of energy-efficient features are included, such as factory sealed glass doors, a two stage door sealing system, and NRG flue damping systems (select models).

G-SERIES: 90,000 BTU or 11kw per deck – single or double deck / standard or bakery depth.

SL-SERIES: 72,000 BTU or 11kw per deck – single or double deck /standard or bakery depth.

INFRA-RED BROILERS

The Infrared burners have the capacity to heat up in 45-90 seconds, reaching temperatures of up to 1650° F. By heating meat with intense infrared energy, natural juices are locked in, which reduces broiling times by up to 50%. You can reduce your cooking time by half and use 1/3 less gas than a conventional broiler, which translates to a 66% fuel savings.

 

RADIANT BROILERS

It is possible for radiant burners to reach temperatures as high as 1000° F in 15 minutes. For a total of 110,00 BTU per broiler deck, these high-efficiency burners can produce up to 55,000 BTU per burner

Cleaning and maintaining your stainless steel table
